I need a sculpture by a certain date, how do I enter this information?
If you need your sculpture by a specific date, please include this information during checkout in the “need by” date section.
Approximately how long will it take to receive my order?
Frogman sculptures ship from Southern California. UPS delivery times vary from 2-7 business days across the US. Canadian orders may take longer. If you have any concerns about when your sculpture will arrive, please contact us at email@example.com or toll-free 866-399-9670.
Approximately how much will my shipping be?
You are able to know exactly what the shipping cost for your order will be in our shopping cart prior to completing your order. Place your selections in the shopping cart, choose the speed of the shipping, and see the exact shipping cost for your order. You may edit your order at that time if you wish.
What do I do if my sculpture arrives damaged?
Should your sculpture arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by phone, e-mail or fax for return instructions. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please call us 1.866.399.9670, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, or fax: 1.435.776.7503. We will have UPS return to pick up the package, so please keep the box and all packing materials. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your concerns.
What is your return policy? What if I make a purchase and then change my mind?
You may shop at Frogman Collection knowing we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for ANY reason, you are not satisfied with your Frogman limited edition bronze sculpture purchased from Frogman Collection, Inc., you may return it within 30 days for credit toward another piece or refund of its original purchase price. Your only costs would be shipping charges & any necessary repair costs if the piece was damaged while in your possession. Package your return carefully and return to us, with original order information and contact us for our return department addtess and return form.
Note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to you in acceptable condition.
Does FrogmanCollection.com ship to a PO Box?
Our primary shipment method is by UPS, however, we do realize some customers must receive their packages through the US Postal Service. Should this be the case for you, please call us at 1-866-399-9670 to arrange for USPS shipping.

How can I meet Tim Cotterill in person?

Many Frogman Authorized Galleries have an annual Artist Appearance featuring Tim and his latest work, where he enjoys meeting Frogman collectors. My sculpture has been damaged, what can I do?
One of the values of Frogman bronze sculpture is that should something unfortunate happen, you have not lost your artwork. Your sculpture may be returned to the Frogman foundry for repair. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you the information, procedure & approximate costs involved to have your sculpture repaired.
How do I care for my Frogman sculptures?
We suggest you treat your Frogman bronze sculptures as you would fine glass. Don’t use any abrasive materials to clean the surface. Dust frequently with a feather duster or a soft, dry cloth. Place them in a safe place where they can’t be knocked. Direct sunlight ultraviolet rays may cause discoloration over time. If damage occurs, contact us for details on our foundry repair service.
What does the number on the bottom of my Frogman sculpture mean?
Each Frogman sculpture is created in a limited edition. Edition number ‘606/1000’ indicates the edition number and the edition size. ‘©05’ indicates the year the sculpture was copyrighted and released. ‘Tim’ Tim Cotterill’s signature is engraved on every piece. The Frogman logo is cast into every sculpture released after 1999. You will receive a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity with each sculpture, which should be kept in a safe place.
Does every Frogman sculpture in an edition look exactly the same?
Tim Cotterill’s sculptures are one-of-a-kind works of art. No two will ever look exactly alike. Variations are to be expected and appreciated. Each unique sculpture is carefully examined for quality and signed with a limited edition number.
The patinas on some Frogman sculptures are “silver nitrate.” What does that mean?
It has taken years of creative experimentation to develop the truly unique, colorful patinas that are a distinguishing feature of Frogman sculptures. A variety of heat-sensitive chemicals and colorful dyes are combined, some with intense heat, to create the colors and the finishes you see. One such chemical is silver nitrate. At the Frogman foundry, this chemical is applied with a technique that creates an iridescent quality giving the finish a prismatic luster especially in direct light.
